I love Halloween, so when people like Officer Carson get into the Halloween spirit and go over the top with makeup like this, it makes Halloween even better. Check out his uniform, he actually went out and shot if full of holes! It had been a while since I had done a good gore makeup, and I loved the way this makeup turned out!!
