My first attempt at Illustration Friday! I must give proper credit to my good friend Garth Bruner for inspiring me on this one. He created a great looking silhouette of a demon cat, and it popped another visual image into my head when I was looking at it. Hopefully I won't offend any cat lovers out there, I actually do like cats, but I am very allergic to them. Lately there have been a horde of neighborhood cats infesting my yard and my garage when I leave the door open. It's times like those that I think it would be a good thing to have a creature like this one lurking around in the yard. Sort of a distant cousin to Alf, only not as cute.

I was just blogging with one of my cats sitting in my lap occationally trying to type something for me, and as I came across the image I took him to the screen and asked him if he found it offensive? He looked, looked away and purred with indifference... I think we can safely say no cats were offended. I really like the image, and I constantly threaten my cats by sayin I'm going to eat them if they don't behave... Oddly it doesn't seem to work.
